Can I ship materials directly to Fort Mason before the event?
No, Fort Mason Center does not accept packages or vendor deliveries on behalf of events outside of the event’s contracted access period. Sponsors should follow the VapiCon-specific shipping instructions provided here once finalized.

Can I bring my materials directly to the venue?
Yes. Sponsor and vendor deliveries may take place during the event’s designated load-in period. Please schedule or notify Maddie if you are self-delivering.
The Festival Pavilion apron marked by white lines serves as the designated load-in/load-out area. Vehicles may access designated loading areas during load-in, but emergency access and egress must remain clear.
Vehicles may not park directly in front of the Festival Pavilion doors.
